    Here we could visit pacific place that was adjacent to the hotel. Bar was pretty nice. The provided service was FANTASTIC. Mampang neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.

    Superb stay with luxurious amenities. Admirable service, well-maintained rooms, and exclusive private facilities. This hotel is centrally located and has a rooftop pool. the restaurant serves outstanding food with pleasant in-room breakfast. the bar/lounge area is cozy and serves delicious cocktails. the best part of this venue was the lavish outdoor swimming pool, where I enjoyed relaxing.

    The only minor issue was that the location is in a busy area, which made it difficult to travel, especially during peak hours.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Herag and Miss Nazira. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was strong. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of the city and very close to the office in Gatot Subroto. the hotel was next to a mall which housed a variety of restaurants and shops where we could buy daily necessities.

    Can't fault the hotel in any way.

    Great Cabs and Convenient Location During my weekend stay, I really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location. It was easy to get around the city using the cabs offered by the hotel, which were readily available at the main entrance. I also appreciated that these cabs were normal ones, and the rate inside the hotel was the same as outside. the hotel was situated in a key location, which made it easy for me to commute to my office and get around for other purposes. Likes: Supportive Staff the hotel staff was incredibly supportive throughout my stay. They were quick to assist with any inquiries I had and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, especially for its location and convenient cabs!

    Limited Dining Options One disadvantage was the limited dining options available at the hotel. I noticed that there were very few vegetarian options, which was disappointing.

    The hotel had a great location near various main attractions and was reasonably priced. The staff was cheerful and helpful, and the Christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere.

    The room was not clean and poorly maintained, with shoddy furniture and a broken lamp. The restaurant had limited food options, and the quality of the food was mediocre.
